At Purecart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return within 1 or 2 days of receiving the goods, provided that the items are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return,. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Goods after 2 days of delivery
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days
- The credit will be applied to your original method of payment
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to process).
- Contact your bank.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
To return your item, mail it to:

- You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
