1. Introduction and Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Purecart website and the purchase of any goods offered for sale by Purecart, located in Lagos, Nigeria. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration (If Applicable):

If you choose to register an account with Purecart, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.  

3. Product Information and Pricing:

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our website. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to applicable taxes.  

4. Ordering and Payment:

To place an order, please follow the instructions on our website. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods under these Terms. We accept payment via PayStack. Your order is only considered accepted and a contract formed when we dispatch the goods to you or send you a confirmation of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.  

5. Shipping and Delivery:

Purecart is pleased to offer delivery services within Nigeria. We aim to process and dispatch your order promptly. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but these are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within Two (2) days of receipt with Order ID, Email or number, photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Purecart is not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds:

At Purecart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return within 1 or 2  days of receiving the goods, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods or goods more than 2 days of delivery are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@purecart.name.ng with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for returns may be your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.  

7. Intellectual Property:

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Purecart or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this website or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Purecart in writing.  

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purecart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or the purchase or use of any goods from us. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.  

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from Purecart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria. We encourage you to first contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve any issues amicably.  

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Purecart reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and the date of the last update will be indicated at the top. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
